Refund and Exchange Policies
No exchange and return for any festive sale products.
Products CANNOT be returned it can only be exchanged within 6 days only under certain condition mentioned below with a product opening video.
- If the delivered product is defective or damaged.
- If delivered product is not in the same color product is ordered. Color may vary 10-15% based on phone color settings, in that case return will not be accepted.
- Return would be processed after receiving product and quality check.
Note - Please note the product should have all the original tags intact, otherwise it will not qualify for exchange.
For exchange, customer will have to pay one side courier charges.
