Products CANNOT be returned it can only be exchanged within 3 days of delivery, under certain condition mentioned below with a product opening video.

• If the delivered product is defective or damaged.
• If delivered product is not in the same color product is ordered. Color may vary 10-15% based on phone photography and lights setting, in that case exchange will not be accepted.
• Exchange would be processed after receiving product and quality check.
• Customer will have to bear the return shipping charges.
• In case of unavailability of same product we will issue store credit with lifetime validity.

Note - Please note the product should have all the original tags intact, otherwise it will not qualify for exchange. 

For exchange, customer will have to pay one side courier charges.

SHIPPING:
Our Standard Dispatch time is 1-7 days after order confirmation.
Our Delivery time is 2-6 days based on pin code and city/state.

COD:
We do provide COD, however COD charges are applied at checkout but we offer Free Shipping for all prepaid orders-Pan India.

Please Note: Always provide an active mobile no for COD orders as we always call for confirmation before dispatching any COD orders, if we are not able to contact customers for confirmation call we will not dispatch the order and it will automatically be cancelled in 10 days.

1. Always hand wash separately in cold water – prevents shrinkage and color bleeding.
2. Use mild, pH-neutral detergent – harsh chemicals can damage fibers and fade prints.
3. Avoid soaking or wringing – gently squeeze and dry flat for shape retention.
4. Dry in shade, inside out – sunlight fades natural dyes and weakens silk shine.
5. Iron on low to medium heat – always iron on reverse side using a cotton cloth.
